    2. A 180 degree area around the abdomen of more than 2 opponents in your peripheral vision (san see bup)
    3. Body in straight line towards one opponent with eyes looking at second opponent while keeping the first opponent in peripheral vision
  11. What are the five points to remember when practicing forms?
    1. Degree of strength, body expansion and contraction, various speed of movements, rhythm, and eye focus
  12. What are the four important elements when learning basics?
    1. Reaction power, waist power, low stance and big movements
  13. Why do you use control in free sparring?
    1. To demonstrate mental discipline and physical control of oneself. It is harder to control yourself than to make contact. In a situation of self defense control is very important in making good opportunities work to your advantage. Control in free sparring will build self-confidence creating a strong mind.
